As an attorney with the Department of Transportation, attorney Carmine D. Gigliotti was responsible for all phases of eminent domain litigation from the initial suit filing, through post-trial proceedings.
He was the department attorney responsible for the property acquisition on several multi-million dollar state projects, including, but not limited to; Griffin Road and I-95 in Broward County; U.S. 27 in Palm Beach County: Kanner Highway / S.R. and Roosevelt Project in Martin County.
After leaving the Department of Transportation, Carmine Gigliotti accepted an associate position with a Fort Lauderdale law firm that practiced many areas of law, including eminent domain law. During that time, he represented numerous types of clients, including property owners and tenants in eminent domain litigation.
In September of 1994, he opened Carmine D. Gigliotti, Attorney at Law, continuing to represent various types of clients, including both property and business owners and Eminent Domain.
